Meet our Administrative Staff: Mindy, Misty & Kim
Mindy has been with our practice for 11 years and is the Financial Coordinator for Gordon Orthodontics. She has had extensive training in managing patient accounts and it's her responsibility to assist our patients and their families with their accounts. Mindy resides in Greenville with her husband Dan and their two daughters, Meg and Kate. She enjoys camping, boating and spending time with her family.
Misty has been a member of the practice for 30 years and began her career in orthodontics as a chairside technician. She is a Certified Orthodontic Assistant and has her Ohio Dental Radiographer's license. Misty is currently the office m anager and lectures to other orthodontic practices around the country. She and her husband, Jon live near Greenville and have one daughter, Amanda, who is an art teacher. Misty enjoys getting re-acquainted with former patients who are now bringing their children to Gordon Orthodontics for their orthodontic treatment.
Kim is our Insurance Coordinator and has been with the practice for 23 years. She assists our patients and their families by verifying their insurance benefits and electronically submitting their insurance forms. Kim lives in Greenville with her husband, Darrell. They have four children, two grandchildren and another one on the way! She enjoys shopping and spending time with her family. She especially enjoys the patients, parents and ladies she works with each day!

Meet our Scheduling Coordinators: Becky, Connie, Vicki & Kim
Becky has been a scheduling coordinator in our office for 15 years and primarily works in our Greenville location. Becky is currently working toward her bachelor's degree in American Sign Language. She lives in Greenville with her husband, Kevin, and their two sons, Chase and Bryce. Becky and her family love to spend time outdoors enjoying water sports.
Connie has 22 years of experience in orthodontics and joined our practice in 2006. Connie works primarily in our Troy location and enjoys getting to know our patients and their families. She finds scheduling appointments and performing a variety of other office tasks very rewarding. Connie lives in Troy with her husband, Mark. They have two married children and twin grandsons. She enjoys crafts, especially ceramics. She has also taught Sunday School for 25 years.
Vicki has been with Gordon Orthodontics for 3 years and you will find her behind the desk in both locations. Vicki has attended various continuing education courses. She and her husband Rick live in Englewood and have two children. She loves to cook and tackle projects around the house. Be careful if you seen her with any power tools in her hands!
Kim, our Insurance Coordinator, also assists with scheduling patients. Kim works in both the Greenville and Troy offices.

Our Treatment Coordinators: Carey & Nancy
At Gordon Orthodontics, our new patients meet with one of our treatment coordinators, along with Dr. Gordon, at the initial consultation appointment. Carey and Nancy assist the doctor during this appointment by educating our new patients and their families about their orthodontic needs and the course of treatment recommended by Dr. Gordon. They also assist our patients and their families with making financial arrangements.
Carey is one of our treatment coordinators. She began her career in general dentistry, and before becoming a treatment coordinator, worked as an orthodontic chairside technician. Carey attends continuing education courses and enjoys her role in creating beautiful smiles. She resides in Versailles with her husband and four children, Marcus, Macy, Reid and Emma. She has been a staff member of Gordon Orthodontics for five years. She enjoys traveling and outdoor activities with her family.
Nancy lives in Versailles with her husband, Jim, and their three children. She has been with the practice for over 30 years. She began her career as an orthodontic chairside technician and has been a Certified Orthodontic Assistant since 1999. Nancy also possesses an Ohio Dental Radiographer's license. She has attended many continuing education courses across the country. Nancy believes in orthodontics and the benefits it provides to having excellent dental health. She enjoys making beautiful smiles!

Introducing our Clinical Staff:
Tera (back row, second from left) has 6 years of dental experience. Her first 3 years were spent in general dentistry. She has been a staff member of Gordon Orthodontics for the past 3 years. She has an Ohio Dental Radiographer's license and attends continuing education courses. Tera is also CPR certified and enjoys sharing in the excitement her patients experience as they watch their smiles improve. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Joe and they reside near Greenville with their canine sweetheart, Raiya.
Jamie (back row, center) is the Records Technician for Gordon Orthodontics. She gathers diagnostic information for Dr. Gordon, such as photographs, x-rays, impressions, wax bite registrations, etc. Jamie and her husband, Rick, live in Greenville and are the parents of 4 sons: Logan, Kyle, Conner, and last but not least, Grady, who was born in December 2009.
Kim (back row, second from right) has 20 years of experience in dentistry and joined Gordon Orthodontics as an orthodontic assistant in 2008. She attended Sinclair Community College, has her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant certificate and her Ohio Dental Radiographer's license. She enjoys working with her patients in helping them achieve a healthy, beautiful smile. She and her husband have 4 grown children and 2 beautiful twin grandchildren. Kim enjoys spending time with her family and friends and playing the piano.
Mindy (back row, far right) makes her home in Brookville with her husband and 3 children. She has been with Gordon Orthodontics for 3 years, yet has 21 years of total dental experience. She currently holds an Ohio Dental Radiographer's license, is CPR certified and is a Certified Orthodontic Assistant. Mindy enjoys creating a beautiful smile that can change someone's life. She also enjoys spending time with her children and watching her daughter play sports.
Trisha (front) has been a staff member in our practice for 10 years. She has her Ohio Dental Radiographer's license and is CPR certified. Trisha, like all members of the staff, also attends continuing education courses. She has built many relationships with patients to whom she refers to as simply "awesome". Trisha and her husband, Brian, are graduates of Versailles High School and currently live in Greenville. They became the proud parents of a beautiful baby boy, Ethan, born in November 2009. They also enjoy camping, boating and spending time with family.
Nicole (not pictured - YET!) has been with Gordon Orthodontics for 1 year, yet has 10 years of dental experience and is a Certified Orthodontic Assistant. She also has her Ohio Dental Radiographer's license and studied at the Institute of Medical and Dental Technology. Nicole is married and lives in Arcanum with her husband and their twins, Sam and Kennedy. She enjoys helping her patients achieve a beautiful smile. She also likes spending time with her family.

Meet our Lab Technicians: Rhonda & Mandy
Rhonda and Mandy are our Lab Technicians. Together, the keep our in-house laboratory running smoothly and efficiently. They create plaster models of teeth and construct various types of orthodontic appliances for our patients. 
Rhonda has been with Gordon Orthodontics for 3 years and has a bachelor's degree in marketing from THE Ohio State University. GO BUCKS! She has been married for 22 years, has 3 children and a miniature schnauzer. Rhonda enjoys riding her bike and cooking. She states that every patient's mouth is unique, so every retainer she makes is different!
Mandy has been with Gordon Orthodontics for nearly 3 years and has an associate's degree in fine arts and sciences. She also possesses her Ohio Dental Radiographer's license. She has been married to her husband, Chad, for 8 years and they have two sons. She enjoys spending time with her family. She also enjoys the people she works with and the families she meets.
